IMPORTANT NOTICE

Before proceeding with your registration, please ensure:-

a. Your passport must have at least 6 months validity from the date of return from Japan, i.e. expiry date AFTER 27 Sep 2025.

*You may upload your current passport and renew it after submission

b. No changes are allowed after you have made the selection either to attend the trip or not

c. Please scan/snapshot & upload your passport personal data page with a file size not more than 6MB. Sample as attached.

d. All participants are strongly encouraged to receive the influenza vaccine before their departure date. The cost of the vaccine will be borne by each participant

e. Travel insurance is not included; all participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance at least 14 days prior to their departure date.
