IMPORTANT NOTICE

Before proceeding with your registration, please ensure:-

a. Your passport must have at least 6 months validity from the date of return from Vietnam, i.e. expiry date AFTER 06 Jan 2026.

*You may upload your current passport and renew it after submission, please submit renewed passport copy by 30 April 2025.

b. No changes are allowed after you have made the selection either to attend the trip or not

c. Please scan/snapshot & upload your passport personal data page with a file size not more than 6MB. Sample as attached.

d. All participants are strongly encouraged to receive the influenza vaccine before their departure date. The cost of the vaccine will be borne by each participant

e. Travel insurance is not included; all participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance at least 14 days prior to their departure date.

f. GEGM will notify agent on the exact Travel Date upon conclusion of the registration.

g. ⁠GEGM will arrange agents to travel within same departure day if from same servicing branch. Example: All Penang agents will depart same day , any deviation from the proposed arrangement, agent will bear the risk and responsibility.

h. Any deviation from the travel arrangement or itinerary, agent will bear the risk and responsibility.
