I understand that it is not obligatory for me to give the personal data being requested here, but if I do not, the company will not be able to perform its obligation to me or will not be able to carry out the other purposes below.

I understand, agree and authorize the company, and any third party appointed on its behalf to collect, hold, use, delete, disclose, transfer, and process in any other way, all my personal data (given now or that is subsequently obtained from time to time) for the purposes of:

(a) Processing of this trip/event registration, the process of which shall include but not be limited to organization of arrangements and administration of itineraries for company activities;
(b) Administration work, which shall include but not be limited to registration and processing for company activities;
(c) Communication of promotions, training;
(d) Communication for any of these purposes; and
(e) Carrying out any activities in relation to or in connection with carrying out the company’s duties as a principal of its advisors.

To achieve these purposes, the company may transfer and share my personal data to individuals or organizations within its group of companies or other third parties including travel agencies, travel agents, airlines, companies that provide transportation services, hotels, event management companies, sub-contractors, reinsurers, claims investigations companies, relevant authorities, other insurers, industry associations and federations, company staff, doctors, medical specialists, hospitals, clinics, and other third-party service providers the company has appointed (that provide administrative, telecommunications, payment, data processing, data storage, or other services in connection with the purposes above). As some of these third parties are not located in Malaysia, my personal data may be transferred to places outside Malaysia.

All consent relating to my personal data here shall also apply to personal data relating to my physical or mental health, or medical condition which would be necessary for or directly related to the purposes above.

Unless it prevents the company from performing its obligations to me or goes against the very purposes that I have given the personal data for, I can withdraw any part of this permission by informing the company in writing.

Due to the nature of the purposes stated above, I may provide the company personal data of another individual (the “Data Subject”) and I hereby confirm that I have informed the Data Subject that I am providing their personal data, and have received the Data Subject’s consent to do so.

I further confirm that I have explained the contents of the declaration above to the Data Subject, and he/she understands, agrees and authorizes the company to deal with such personal data according to what is stated in the declaration above.

The Company makes no representation or warranties with respect to any Incentive; and the Company shall not be responsible for, nor shall it accept any liability directly or indirectly in respect of any Incentive arising and suffered by any persons.

If necessary, the Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, etc. The Company also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any bookings made by or on behalf of passengers.
